Over the past six months, Fluid Air Conditioning have been investing in technology to help bring it to the forefront of the industry. Considerable time and resources have been spent in order to help our clients understand their air conditioning systems better.

Fluid Air Conditioning is striving to set itself apart from its competitors and we hope by investing in such innovations helps raise our profile but at the same time helps our clients audit and save money.

How does it work?

When a Fluid Air Conditioning engineer installs, services or repairs any equipment at your premises we record all critical information about your air conditioning units. Information such as asset number, model and serial numbers, location and gas type are stored in our database via our engineer’s mobile tablets so the information is live for you to view at your convenience.

Clients are required to register via our website and once your registration process is complete a Fluid Air Conditioning representative will contact you to give you more information on how to access your system details through our portal.

What information is available?

When we enter your equipment information into our database, we split your assets up into systems to help you understand the installation of your equipment. This makes it easy for you to identify particular units within your building. You will instantly be able to see all the key information about your assets at a glance and view more details such as last service or breakdown for a particular item.

This helps you schedule maintenance, evaluate spending costs and health check your own system to help keep running and ongoing costs down.

When can we access the portal?

Now! Currently you can view your systems, assets, servicing and breakdown history online. We are still working on the portal though so more features will be released in the coming weeks and months. If you register in advance, we’ll contact you and let you know about any new features that are released.
