Fluid Air Conditioning are constantly striving to meet the demands and expectations of our customers and we feel that being able to offer a 7 year warranty to our customers is invaluable. With the industry standard warranty period being 3 years we believe that Mitsubishi Electric's 7 year BSP warranty goes some way to install confidence in the quality of their equipment.
Achieving BSP status also means Fluid Air Conditioning are backed up by priority technical support from Mitsubishi Electric. We are able to contact technical support 24/7/365 ensuring that installation, maintenance and repairs go as smoothly as possible regardless of any issues that may arise.
Finally, achieving BSP status is a statement of our continued progress and growth. To attain BSP with Mitsubishi Electric, Fluid Air Conditioning have to achieve a minimum agreed spend per year and all of our engineers have to undergo specific Mitsubishi Electric equipment training. We comfortably achieved the minimum spend and all of our engineers are now fully certified to install, maintain and repair Mitsubishi Electric equipment.
